Incredible Years

Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding yet challenging journeys, and many of us enter it without any training or support. The Incredible Years Parenting Program is here to help.

This free 14-week programme is designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 3 to 8 years, offering practical tools and strategies to build positive relationships, encourage positive behaviour, and manage behaviour challenges.

Through weekly, small-group sessions led by experienced facilitators, you’ll explore parenting principles, watch real-life examples, and practise new skills to strengthen your role as a parent. Through this course you'll gain:

• Ways to connect with your child through play
• Techniques for fostering social, emotional, and school readiness
• Confidence in handling misbehaviour positively
• Strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively

With increased confidence and support, you'll enjoy parenting more—and your children will thrive. Free childcare is available.
